Michael K. Dorocak is an associate attorney with Taubman, Nadis & Neuman, P.C. Mr. Dorocak concentrates his practice on commercial and real estate litigation and real estate and commercial transactions. Mike has represented individuals, small and large businesses and real estate developers and financial institutions in a wide range of complex litigation and transactional matters. He has assisted clients in matters ranging from large, multi-party contract and fraud actions to riparian rights and boundary disputes. Mike has broad experience in all aspects of litigation and alternative dispute resolution procedures, including mediation, arbitration, facilitation and jury and bench trials in numerous Michigan courts. Mr. Dorocak is also an experienced appellate attorney, having successfully briefed and prepared cases in the Michigan Court of Appeals and Michigan Supreme Court.
