Phillip J. Neuman is a shareholder of Taubman, Nadis & Neuman, P.C. Mr. Neuman concentrates his practice on real estate litigation, including quiet title actions, mortgage priority disputes, real estate fraud and landlord-tenant matters. He represents title agents and insurers, property owners, property managers and financial institutions in all types of litigation.
Since 2002, Mr. Neuman has served on the Board of Directors of the Detroit Metropolitan Apartment Association, and is currently the Legislative Chairperson. He is a frequent speaker on a variety of real estate topics including construction lien litigation, real property remedies and landlord-tenant issues. Mr. Neuman has been recognized as a Michigan Super Lawyer .
