Phillip J. Neuman is a shareholder of Taubman, Nadis & Neuman, P.C. Mr. Neuman concentrates his practice on real estate litigation, including quiet title actions, mortgage priority disputes, real estate fraud and landlord-tenant matters. He represents title agents and insurers, property owners, property managers and financial institutions in all types of litigation.
From 2002 to 2010, Mr. Neuman served on the Board of Directors of the Detroit Metropolitan Apartment Association. He is currently the DMAA's Legislative Chairperson. Mr. Neuman also serves on the Legislative Committee of the Michigan Land Title Association. He is a frequent speaker on a variety of real estate topics including construction lien litigation, real property remedies and landlord-tenant issues. Mr. Neuman has been recognized as a Michigan Super Lawyer .
