Richard M. Taubman is a founding shareholder of Taubman, Nadis & Neuman, P.C. Mr. Taubman concentrates his practice on zoning, land use and business and real estate transactions and litigation. He represents property developers, residential and commercial property owners, title agents and insurers, property managers, financial institutions and large and small businesses in many types of real estate and commercial matters.
Mr. Taubman regularly appears before zoning boards, planning commissions, trial and appellate courts and arbitration panels throughout Michigan. He presents seminars to planners, municipal officials and attorneys about a variety of real estate topics including planning, zoning and land use issues.
